Goods delivered outside the EU zone are not subject to tax (VAT) (excluding the Channel Islands ie Jersey, Guernsey, etc). Therefore, at checkout and on the invoice, the tax rate will be set at zero. In some countries it is possible that import/customs duties and tax will be applied locally to products. It is your responsibility to check locally and pay any duties required. Creative On-line Store accepts no responsibility for any extra costs incurred by customers.
All orders shipped to the United Kingdom will be charged in British Sterling (£).
All products shipped to Sweden will be charged in Swedish Kroner (SEK).
All products shipped to Denmark will be charged in Danish Kroner (DKK).
All products shipped to Norway will be charged in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
All products shipped to Switzerland will be charged in Swiss Francs (CHF).
All other countries will be charged in Euro (€)

Ordering
Creative products can be purchased directly through the On-line Store site.
- Please select your country and click GO SHOPPING.
- Click on the particular PRODUCT DEPARTMENT you wish to view.
- Two options are presented to you:
- Get more information on a specific product
- Buy now
- When you click BUY NOW the total price of the selected product is displayed inclusive of shipping and tax. If applicable you should also choose the preferred language for your product.
- From here you can either click on CONTINUE SHOPPING or proceed to the CHECK OUT.
- At the CHECK OUT you will be requested to enter your personal details, and then continue on to the NEXT PAGE.
- On this page you must enter your address and Credit Card details. Next you will receive a summary of you order, please check that all the details are correct. If all the details are correct please click on CONFIRM, this will confirm your order.
You will then receive an order number by e-mail, if you have any further question please do not hesitate to contact.

Out of stock items: If an item is out of stock or on backorder there is no current estimated processing or delivery time.
In stock Items : Average processing time before shipment is 24-48 hrs.
Small individual items such as CDs, cables and small accessory products do not require a person present/signature.
Most other items are shipped with a courier service. A daytime delivery address is required and a personal signature is needed upon delivery.
Express Shipping Orders always required a daytime delivery address and personal signature.
Once your product has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. You can directly track your order through the Parcel Tracking option available through the On-line Store site, just visit: http://www.europe.creative.com/shop/parcel
Please note that this orders tracking facility is not available for small items such us: CDs, cables and some accessory products. However if you provided your email address, you will be notified by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
Your order number is required for all cancellations. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will be given an option to return the product to us, within the criteria of our returns policy.
Returns Policy
Creative Labs is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
- Unwanted products - Under 30 days no quibble
- Replacement/Refund - Under 30 days faulty
- Repair/Replacement - Over 30 days faulty
Prior to returning the product, please be sure that you have been issued an RMA number by a member of the On-line Store Team.
All opened non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement (including manuals, cables, disks and any free software items).
If you find that you have a problem with your Creative Labs product and believe that it needs to be repaired or replaced, you can contact the European Technical Support Team.
They will establish the nature of the problem and supply details on our over 30 days repair policy.
Creative Labs requires that all over 30 days repair/replacement must first be issued with an authorisation return number (RMA).
- Unwanted products that are returned to us will only be accepted if they are in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition, and returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date.
- We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the wrapping/box.
- Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
- Any carriage fees in these instances are not refundable.
- Once the return is received please allow 5-8 working days for credit.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Before returning a product believed to be faulty, you are advised to check with our Technical Support Team, in order to determine if the problem can be resolved without a return.
In order to properly log and respond to your request, you must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) prior to returning the products. To obtain this RMA number, please email or call the On-line Store Team:
- Products that are returned to us for a refund/replacement must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that all items forming part of the original shipment including manuals, cables, disks, any free software item, and any other items relating to that product must be included.
- We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the wrapping/box. It will also help us to process the return quicker if you enclose a detailed description of the fault.
- Our On-line Store Team will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the product(s). We request that you return the product to us directly, please send it to the address below. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
- Where appropriate, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.
- On receipt of the return, we will test the product according to the fault you have stated. Following the testing process, if the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you. The carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.
- Once the return is received please allow 5-8 working days for credit. (If applicable)
